Richard Batka

Managing Director & Co-founder

As Managing Director and co-founder, Richard leads the team with a passion and vision for ensuring each and every client derives true value from their relationship with Anthony Alexander. He has a successful career spanning 27 years in sales & sales management, management consulting and executive management across Asia, Pacific, Japan and United Kingdom, having lived and worked in five major cities spanning three continents.

Richard’s expertise has been developed working across the region with start ups, including two of his own, in combination with senior management positions in high profile organizations such as Deloitte, PeopleSoft and CA (Computer Associates). Always focused on building a strong long term business, Richard has time and again proven a rare ability to drive immediate revenue balanced with the skill of build a foundation for strategic growth and expansion. Richard holds a degree in Economics and Philosophy, is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and a Certified Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute. He actively contributes to industry research and regularly writes and presents on subjects as diverse as ethics, sales management, knowledge management, the future of leadership and business in Asia.

Apart from spending as much time with his family as he can, Richard plays guitar, enjoying all types of music, is a keen photographer and has a fascination with Asian & European medieval history.

Frederic Moraillon

Executive Director & Co-founder

Frederic has built multi-million-dollar revenue streams and sales pipelines with Akamai, Business Objects, SAS Institute, PeopleSoft and Silicon Graphics. He currently leads sales & marketing for his own business, The Wise Traveller. He has led, trained, coached and been part of numerous start-ups including several successful specialist software vendors and currently consult on sales and marketing integration. His entrepreneurial spirit and global business outlook has inspired and motivated many to achieve more and has developed many leaders over the years. Frederic loves to be challenged and challenging them further and believes that transparency and results can be achieved while having fun. Socially active, he is a mentor with MentorsHub, he has been involved with the United Nations Association of Singapore, the Marketing Institute of Singapore, The Conference Board, the CMO Council and the Singapore Junior Chamber of Commerce. He also co-started Francais sans Frontieres (FsF) to support the French community abroad. A Parkour enthusiast, he also teaches Kali (Filipino martial art) and writes poetry and life quotes.
